Class 4 License Requirements
- 1. Age: Applicants must be 19 years of age or older.
- 2. Driver’s Licence: A valid Class 5 or 6 license is required, which usually means you’ve held a full-privilege license for at least two years.
- 3. Driving Record: Your driving record should reflect fewer than four penalty points in the past 2 years.
- 4. Criminal History: You should not have any driving-related criminal convictions in the last three years.
- 5. Financial Obligations: Any fines or outstanding debts to ICBC must be settled before you can apply.
